This interactive book presents for the first time a digital collection of Rebecca Fontaine-Wolf’s most recent paintings from three series of works: ‘Icons’, ‘The Scaffolding Series’, and ‘Moments’. Exploring the role of the image in the relationship between fantasy and reality, her evocative figurative paintings are more than ‘just’ portraits, as they seek to expose the process and creation of the painted image itself.

Rebecca Fontaine-Wolf recently became one of the youngest members of the Society of Women Artists and has had her work exhibited widely, including at the Royal College of Art, The Mall Galleries, and the V&A.
