Random Thoughts Of A Bipolar Diva

Poetry is good for the soul. It has helped me through my never ending journey of being bipolar. I hope that my outlet of feelings will reach out to someone.

Bipolar is a serious illness and should be treated by a Physician that specializes in mental illness. It can take a toll on the person suffering as well as their loved ones.

Please educate yourself and try to understand that they are not trying to get attention. It is an emotional pain that cannot be controlled. It can be as severe as suicide to make the pain stop.
