Lieutenant Commander John Graves and SEAL team four are sent to the Middle East in a covert operation to destroy three weapons of mass destruction stolen from the Israelis. Upon reaching their destination, only one “thermal displacement” device is found and the mission is a failure. Thousands, perhaps millions of American lives back home are at stake.


Once back in the U.S., Graves is forced into the FBI, since he’s the only American who has seen and handled the destructive device.
