Minx Boren MCC is a certified personal and business coach, writer, lecturer, cooking teacher, and facilitator of essential conversations for men and women. She is passionate about those rich and mysterious gifts of time when we, in our full humanness, are able to connect most deeply and authentically. Minx lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. As founder of Fourfold Path Inc. and as a partner in Authentic Woman Enterprises LLC, she creates and facilitates programs for businesses, not-for-profits, spas and wellness centers as well as for private groups. Minx also feels privileged to sit on the boards of several foundations that offer sustenance and support toward a more self-reliant future to those in need.





Patti Burris is a professional artist and art teacher with almost 40 years experience. Her paintings have been exhibited and collected nationally. She lives in Santa Monica, CA and teaches at the Brentwood Art Center. Through One Voice, a non-profit organization that provides support, vocational guidance and enrichment programs to those in need, she has developed several experiential programs for inner city residents including, most recently, an art program for Head Start Grandmothers. Patti is passionate about touching lives and inspiring creative self-expression.







Ripe – A Collection of Passionate Poetry and Pears is a compilation of recent poems by Minx Boren and paintings by Patti Burris. Their decision to collaborate on this book was born from their deep friendship and mutual admiration. They have found both the process and the result satisfying and feel honored to be able to share themselves in the world through these pages. The common thread in their words and images is an ongoing choice to stay fully present and receptive to LIFE and to embrace each moment with hope, resilience, wisdom, passion, and joy.
