Rise Lady Sun

Not this world, or is it? As they travel through wilderness they argue about their path and the paradise they are seeking. Their journey is dreamlike in a land Edenic, yet not without its savagery. Rarely seen godlike beings offer direction beset by ambiguity. Who are they? And who are the travellers of the other group they meet? Why are the memories of the two parties so inexplicably confused? Dreams intrude into their Eden, seemingly from a place of another colour. What is that place?

Tensions arise among the companions and they are sundered. Two struggle on. The godlike whom they meet are not as they thought, caught up in their own conflicts, and yet--godlike. The pair are enmeshed in the nets of the Other Place, and drawn in. In noise to deafen ears accustomed to the quiet of the forest, amid blinding lights, darkness impenetrable, jostling myrmidon hordes such as they had never imagined, in swirling bewilderment the pair keep their own integrity only through a conjunction of naivety and indomitable spirit. What their journey brings them to, what they find, is not what they expected.
