No life is an accident


Everyone has a life story with generations of people and circumstances playing an important role. Every person is fearfully and wonderfully made in God’s image, thus giving each one value and purpose. 



Snapshots from the Past shows how the events and people of one woman’s past to the present have given meaning and purpose for her existence. Personal struggles with self-worth, self-identity, disappointment, illness, depression, death, and various losses have helped her discover many evidences of God’s love and care.


Snapshots of her life’s journey show how God takes each disappointment, failure, bad choice, and loss and makes good things happen in her life. She discovers that a personal relationship with God, the Master Weaver, is the thread making something beautiful out of the self-inflicted messes in her life.

About the Author

Brenda Morris is an author, early childhood teacher, and Mission Friends curriculum writer. Preschoolers, missions, and ministry have been her life passions. She and late husband, Russell, served as church planters on the Big Island of Hawaii, starting a church through a child-care center. The mother of two and grandmother of four, Brenda resides in Collierville, Tennessee.
