Spartan Strong

Team KO, a group of Obstacle Course Racers and Martial Artists, featured on NBC's new TV show Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge, band together to share their secrets to success in overcoming obstacles in both life and Obstacle Course Racing (OCR).
