Publisher Description

We all have so much to shed during the spring season. This is especially the case of a chronically ill person. We seem to have a lot of extra baggage anyways with our pain and fatigue. Therefore, it can be hard to be upbeat and inspired without becoming mindful ad set an intention to do so.

Start with things in your immediate environment. Are there things you can shed, such as old newspapers, books in the corner, or old stuff that no longer serves us? Can we donate stuff to the Goodwill or Thrift shop? There’s an old expression, if you tidy up your physical environment, sometimes it’s a bit easier to declutter things inside of you, such as your attitudes and habits.

In this e-book, I will outline and examine fifteen new habits to be your best and sprint into spring. These habits, when learned and mindfully practiced, can do a great deal to ensure you roll into sprint into spring in a resilient and confident manner.
