Dr. Eric Saunders was a bitter and isolated man that the government had no choice but to recruit. Inside his head was the key to saving the human race, and when face an extinction level event, beggars could not be choosers. Despite his negative demeanor and absolute distrust of the very government asking for his help, they were going to have to find way to make things work. Without the old bastard's assistance, the Stargazer project was as doomed as the planet.
