Welcome to Stuzzi – small plates of delectable Italian delight.

(Stuzzi: short for stuzzichini, little plates served in osterias and bars throughout Italy)

The Stuzzi boys are reinventing modern Italian cooking… in Yorkshire. Brought together by their shared passion for Italian food, friends Tom, Harvey, Jimbob and Brett embarked on an exhaustive journey throughout the length and breadth of Italy, immersing themselves in the country and its food.

Since that first trip over a decade ago, they’ve returned countless times and opened their own Stuzzi restaurants, serving up innovative takes on classic Italian dishes and drinks. In this, their first cookbook, you’ll find over 100 inspired dishes such as Ricotta, broad bean and anchovy bruschetta, Beetroot and gorgonzola arancini, Lamb arrosticini and Beef shin and n’duja ragu.

Including wild and wonderful stories from Italian adventures, and tips and tricks along the way, Stuzzi is a book with big flavours and fun times at its heart.
