In a dark and dystopian future, nuclear war has ravaged Earth. Some people escape to orbiting homes, leaving behind their planet and their people to die. But Marcus and his friends survive against the odds. Born in a decaying world with deformed bodies ñ constant reminders of the consequences of the war ñ and bitter hearts that emerged from the thought of betrayal, Marcus and his friends, nevertheless, strive to save the survivors. As the teenagers battle multiple challenges, they discover their strengths and the leader within them.
