Swear An Oath

A struggling private investigator, Alan Williams, is called out of the blue by an old friend and colleague. He arrives only too late after his friend is killed. What looked like a suicide to the police looks differently to Alan as a murder. Coincidentally, the day before a merger victim washed up shore on the Detroit River which really has the police baffled. Alan has an acquaintance in the department and since the police are overwhelmed with the killings, Alans acquaintance, Sergeant Lorenzo decides to engage the services of Alan to investigate. Quickly, Alan and his associates are drawn into a world of mystery, esoteric knowledge, secret oaths, and secret organizations.
