Table for One

"This is the only time I'm going to say this." She set the glass in front of me, her eyes staring into mine. "Finish that drink and rattle your hocks. You don't want to stay here."

"Are you kidding?"

"I'll tell them it was a mistake; it's happened before. Best thing you can do is pay for that drink and walk out of here."

"Why would I do that?"

"Because you're a table for one," Sarah answered.
