Teaching Portfolio

This is a teaching intervention designed for the ISEKI Pilot Training Programme. The portfolio focuses on the use of Blended Learning as a modern teaching technique designed to improve students deep learning. It includes the activities performed, including some interactivity (HACCP quiz and HACCP Video) within the appendix.
