Tripton Mason was a burned out cop who was in the twilight of his career running high risk federal witnesses around the country. He made a final and nearly fatal stop in the woods a quarter mile from Entragian's research clinic where both he and his charge were shot multiple times.

Mason became the first test subject for Entragian's creation, FTU-237. It was a terrifying success for the team, working far better than anyone other than Entragian himself had dreamed. Instead of merely repairing damage it changed Mason's body to a state of medical immortality. This success was to be Entragian's undoing as they had been playing the mob against the military for funding.

Now the serum is on the loose and Mason Stone is the only hope for humanity as he fights to keep the serum from both the military and the mob.
