The Alice '65

Adam Verlain never wants to leave his careful, cloistered world of rare books. The death of his father during a business trip solidified his unwillingness to travel.

But then Casey Blanchard, an American film star, offers her grandfather's very rare and valuable 1865 copy of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" to his university...with one caveat – Adam has to pick it up. Despite his misgivings, he is forced to fly from London to Los Angeles to do so.

Casey was using him to try and get it back.
