Jessika Ferm is a master-level, award-winning executive coach. In the spring of 2009 she began ballroom dancing and her life has never been the same. During the day she runs a successful leadership development practice with offices in Columbus, OH, Boston, MA and Gothenburg, Sweden.

Away from her business life, she is competitive amateur ballroom dancer who has been named the 2010 North American 9 and 6-Dance Champion and Best of the Best Participant representing the Atlanta Open at the 2010 Ohio Star Ball.

Jessika wrote the book, The Ballroom Dance Coach: Expert Strategies To Take Your Dancing To the Next Level to help dancers go beyond sparkles and spray tans into the mindset techniques and action steps that can transform a hobbyist into a champion. In 2011, she created “Next Level Dancing,” a company and online community that offers tools, advice, and services to the ballroom dancing community.

Jessika completed her Master’s degree in teaching/instructional design and her undergraduate work in business management/leadership at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She has been named a “Forty Under 40” by the Columbus Business First organization and “Top Ten Business Coach” by the Boston’s Women Business Journal.

As she launches the Next Level Dancing program, Jessika has dedicated herself to teaching workshops, speaking, writing and doing media interviews around these breakthrough strategies. She is busy completing her second book Competing Like a Pro, which will be available in 2012. Jessika grew up in Gothenburg, Sweden and now resides in Columbus, Ohio with her beloved Scottish Terrier, Mac.
