The Bell Jar is poet Sylvia Plath’s only novel. It was originally published under the pseudonym Victoria Lucas and was published just one month before Plath’s suicide. The story follows Esther Greenwood, a young Boston woman, who struggles with mental illness and depression. Sylvia Plath had her own struggles with mental illness and the novel is considered semi-autobiographical.

Typos make this unreadable
I'm not sure what vetting process is required for the e-book store. Apparently, if there is one, it's being very poorly implemented. This transcription is full of typos, misspelled words, forgotten punctuation and more. I had to purchase another copy from a more reputable publisher. Will contact Apple Store file complaint, and hopefully have this seller removed, as it's borderline fraudulent.
