The Best I Ever Ate

When I was growing up I remember my mom and dad cooking the meals at dinnertime. It wasn’t unusual on a Saturday night we would be watching TV and around 10:00 PM, my dad would go into the kitchen and start cooking pork chops or italian sausages!  They were so good. Dad would take a recipe and always tinker with it adding this, subtracting that until it was to his liking and it was delicious!


I didn’t start cooking until I was on my own. I asked mom and dad for recipes and looked in the newspaper and cook books for anything that looked good. I too tinkered with recipes until I thought it was delicious; so did other people. Everyone of these recipes I’ve made and in my opinion they are........The Best I Ever Ate.
