The Body in a Barrel

Two teenage boys have gone missing in the small town of Milford New Brunswick Canada. The initial investigation was botched by the officer in charge. Craig Davies and his partner, Jack Rogers, got the case by default. Craig's sister went missing when he was im MIddle School and has never been found. A murdered man shows up in their search for the boys and all of Craig's fears surrounding his sister's disappearance surface. He has to keep his emotions in check and his mind clear. The case could make or break his and Jack's aspirations to move up the chain to Major Crimes. When two local high school girls go missing the stakes are almost too high. How could this happen in a small town? Is there something common between the boys' disappearand and now the two girls? And where does a dead man fit into all of this?
