A novel approach to learning about the recipe and optimizing it to consistently produce a white bread loaf. We show how the ingredients can be optimized using designed experiments (this is the novel approach). The final recipe consisting of only four ingredients is proven to make a most desirable loaf and has been updated when errors were found.
