The Bully Cloud is a big mean thunderstorm who goes around picking on little fluffy clouds.

He scares them with his thunder and lightning. He squeezes them and makes them cry (rain).

There is one tiny cloud who's trying to get away and who gets some help, but he is just not fast enough to get away from the big mean bully cloud.
