The Conscript

The Conscript is the story of the Nigerian civil war or (the Nigeria-Biafra war as some people call it) as seen through the eye of a child soldier that was conscripted into the Biafran army. It is by no means an account of the war but purely the way a young conscript saw the war and the impact of the war on his life and the life of his people.
