The Knights at the Round Table is a collection of stories from some of my lifes funnier moments and the recipes that match those memorable occasions. Its comprised of recipes handed down for generations, wonderful dishes contributed by family members and friends, and recipes Ive created over the years based on foods and tastes Ive enjoyed and brought to my table.

The breadth of a meal is covered, with tasty appetizers, soups that are a meal in a bowl, salads to please every taste, breads and rolls to comfort you, light fare for light dishes, entres for a grander meal, side dishes to complement the entres, and deserts to delight and excite every taste.
