This short, yet powerful guide book will lead you to awakening your inner self, which is the power of life itself. I have been privileged in this life, not to have been conscripted into some army as several of those a few years older were, but to have had time to use in the pursuit of meaning. That which I sought, I found within. It is referred to in Shakespeares Hamlet, where Polonius gives these words to his departing son: This above all: to thine own self be true. And it must follow, as the night the day thou cant be false to any one.
