The Mind Force

This book, The Mind Force, chronicles the journeys of five individuals who, while facing various hardships, looked deep within themselves to draw out their inner strength and transform their reality.

The key to their transformation was peeling off and discarding, one by one, the preconceptions, assumptions, and stereotypes that clung to their minds and curtailed their life choices.

The Mind Force within all of us has much greater potential than most people realize. But to draw on that power, we need to first transform ourselves from the inside and break free from the things that bind us.
