The Path I Lay Before Me

Short Story. Arthur Bales goes in to have his fortune read - only these fortunes are true. What he sees through his own future self's eyes is terrifying, indeed: his own death in just a few days time. Now, based on the decisions he made to get to that point, he has to decide where to alter his path to avert his early fate. But which decision was it that led him there?
