The Penitence

When Somebody took the path of Crime and anti Human path evoking "PENITANCE" in him/them through truthful means and exploring the ways and means to achieve is the art of a Leader or the one who is a well wisher of humanity.  If the path of crime chosen by a state, the lone soultion to bring them back to "Penitence" is finding and bringing down the naked truths out in public doman.
