The Perfect Pet

Sylvia desperately wants a dog and does all that she can to get one, like cleaning her room and working extra hard in school. Unfortunately, due to her horrible allergies, her parents buy her a hamster instead. Sylvia is extremely disappointed, but as she gets to know the hamster and has a few mishaps with it, she begins to realise that not getting what you want may not be such a bad thing after all.
