The Predator Drone Conspiracy

Jack Stafford is forced to build a Predator Drone like the one he's building in Prince William Forest, outside the Quantico Marine base. Burkett and his FBI friends track down Stafford, who is able to escape from his captors, but not before the top secret drone is flown up to Higgins warehouse in Cape Charles, Virginia, where he plans to fly the drone to Washington on Veterans Day, and fire two Hellfire missiles at the president during a ceremony honoring old and new veterans alike. Higgins hate for President Scott drives him to a psychotic state of mind where he doesn't care if he lives or dies, as long as Scott dies with him.
He has declared war on the president, and the innocent people that are killed is collateral damage according to Higgins.
