The Quell Stone

One second changes Freddy Griswold's life forever. He is forced to live with his uncaring grandmother and banished to an abandoned wing of her mansion. Freddy's closest friends are his psychiatrist, his chauffeur, and the cook. He is given a quell stone that when rubbed will protect those that believe in truth. During the initiation into the Chukkas Car Club, Freddy unearths the spell long hidden in the haunted lower basement of his school and is cast back in time to 1607 to join Captain John Smith and the other explorers of Jamestowne. Will Freddy escape torture and death at the hands of the savage Indians determined to kill him? Will Freddy find his way back to St. Wigbod or will he forever be bound to the secret hauntings of the feared lower basement?
