The Renaissance

In the literary period of The Renaissance we bring you into contact with famous writers in the development of English and American literature. In their work they laid down the new way of thinking that manifested itself after the dark period of the Middle Ages. 

This is the first period in the series English and American Literature on Demand in which American writing is presented as a new off-shoot on the English Literature tree. You can always find it under American Connection.

From the Renaissance onwards we shall split up the ‘complete’ periods into a number of smaller units. By doing so we enable you to demand your own writers and works, and build up your own collection of English and American literature.

Hopefully you will enjoy this as much as I did making this series.
