THE SECOND WORLD

the second world is a whole political system, based on the idea of 23 pages long book, which was written in 1848 by two German philosophers. The socialistic backgrounded idea did first appear as a government in 1922 in today’s Russia, and was held there as the "soviet union" until 1991. More and more countries continued to use the ideal of the book in their own way to govern a state, which all together form the so called "second world”.
