The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is a novel written by Robert Louis Stevenson and published in 1886. This classic tale is about a London lawyer who investigates strange occurences between his old friend, Dr. Henry Jeykll and Mr. Edward Hyde. The work is known for its vivid portrayal of the psychopathology of split personality and has made the modern day term "Jeykll and Hyde"  a staple for people with Multiple Personality Disorder or Dissociative Identity Disorder.L
