This book also explains the structure for the rest of the 4GM e-Academy Leadership for Transformation programme.  

By studying this book you will begin to appreciate why 4th Generation Management is so radically different from management as commonly practiced. You will discover a better way of working. 



Although only 16 pages long this book contains six separate video presentations plus examples, illustrations and thinking point exercises.
