There's a Toxic Tide at the beach!

Zoey's summer at Pebble Beach is full of surprises. Some are good, like her quirky cousin Sam and the adventures they have together. Some are bad, like someone dumping trash into the Bay—a lot of trash!

Then Zoey's dog Skippy goes missing at the Village marina. Can a mysterious new kid help Zoey and Sam find Skippy? Who is trashing their beloved Bay? Will they catch the criminals in the act and get away safely?
