Like two of his earlier novels, “Old George’s Gold” and “The Bones of Beacon Hill”, the author Steve Repko includes numerous actual events in “There Is No Truth” from the fond memories of the early years of his life. However, his warped sense of humor dominates the story that is told to him by a fictitious crabby ninety- year-old cynic who criticizes everything he experienced in his life.
