Three Cousins

Diane was born in 1957, in New Bedford, Massachussetts. She started writing short stories and poems when she was about twelve years old. Diane started writing mostly poetry from about the age of thirteen. She stopped writing for about five or six years. Diane never really thought about getting published. But, in 2011, she decided to start writing again, mostly because of her grandchildren. She wanted to help teach children through books. So, Diane is writing children's books to help teach about various topics that she thinks are important. Diane's hope is to teach children in a simple and easy to understand manner. And maybe down the road Diane may decide to publish her poetry. She is hoping to have an impact in the lives of children and hopefully work on helping then in the learning process.
