TIME-SLIPS AWEIGH, A Quasi Time Travel Love Story (PG13):

If math prof Phil Schuster had a do-over, he'd be a better BFF to his brother-in-law, Ray Claymore after Ray's wife and son tragically die. Five years later, Ray sends Phil an AI tablet named Ava and a cross-Atlantic cruise invitation to rekindle their estranged relationship.

The cruise is a bust: Ray misses the departure, and burglars ransack Phil's cabin. Phil plans to sulk for the seven days until Ray can join him in Portugal, but meeting Elaine Sanchez changes Phil's strategy. She's smart, beautiful, and for some mysterious reason, likes Phil. Smitten but out of practice, Phil offends Elaine and wishes he could correct his mistakes. Ava astonishes Phil by Time-Slipping him to repeat the day.

While testing Ava's Time-Slipping capabilities, Phil discovers his cabin break-in links to Ray missing the ship. Bad guys will kill for the technology on Ava. As Phil and Elaine fall deeper in love, they're forced to repeatedly Time-Slip to undo mistakes. The frequent Time-Slipping entangles multiple timelines into a Gordian Knot in which personalities change in alternate timelines. Phil realizes that destroying the Gordian Knot is the only way to keep Ray from going to jail. But saving his BFF means he may never meet Elaine, the love of his life.
