Tis The Irish Way

As I cycled through Ireland, I was struck by how the power of the land and the strength of the Irish character winding into the soul affected my visitors view of an ancient land. I found myself laughing at disaster, and dramatizing the trivial. I found both peace and excitement in the immense mountains and rolling seas stretching to America as I struggled against the boulders of difficulty fate put in my way. I returned home with fragments of that happy go lucky attitude and still hold the remnants of their humour within me. It seemed worthwhile to write it down. I hope you enjoy it.
