Touring Europe From Venice To Paris

After taking our wedding vows, Joyce and I decided upon a rather exceptional journey to celebrate our blessed event and these two publications detail way that that we went. 

We are getting a little old but we must complete this trip of a lifetime to our best, seeing all and hearing everything that we possibly can.

Not to seem so vague, but I refer to a 24-day all inclusive first-class land tour of Europe, commencing withLondon, where we spent two days, next over to Brussels and the Netherlands, the Rhine and cruising much of its entire length, turning east to Lucerne and on to the famous beer town of Munich, pausing in Salzburg, the home of composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

After a brief respite, we continued to Vienna for even more stories from classical music, and headed south to Venice where we shared a gondola ride with another newlywed couple from Hershey, Pennsylvania.

On to Rome, we shared the Eternal City and all its ambiance, turned north through Tuscany, where the Renaissance began, next through the South of France, offering us the picturesque villages of Provence and the pristine beaches of Nice, followed by an arduous and challenging journey through the French Alps, an arrival in Paris, the City of Lights, done strictly by the numbers, where we opted for another day at our leisure to explore the simply amazing Musee du Louvre and all its priceless treasures of art safeguarded inside.
