Unchained Vow

She thought her heart was safe. She didn't foresee falling for the handsome priest's soft touch. Or suspect that he might be hiding a dark secret...

Police Detective Maggie Boone has given up hope that she will ever find a true partner. She lives for the job, barricading her scarred heart inside an empty, fortified cell and convincing herself that justice for the innocent is all that matters.

Until Father Anatoly Brusilev is assigned to her case as a consultant to help catch a serial killer. Her immediate impulse to trust him only makes her more wary and she dismisses Anatoly as a liability; to the case and her heart. But through his patient counsel and gentle strength, her walls begin to crumble.

Then Maggie accidentally uncovers Anatoly's secret nature as a vampire and must face the terrible reality that monsters actually exist.

Can she still trust him with her wounded heart, or will their forbidden desires lead them both astray?
