Under the Window

Catherine Greenaway (17 March 1846 - 6 November 1901), known under the pseudonym Kate Greenaway - lovely children's poet of the late nineteenth century. Her first creation Under the Window (1879) - a collection of children's poems, became a best-seller

She has written a wonderful children's book called "Marigold Garden" in which the reader feels the full depth of the soul of the poet.

Under the window - this is the first collection of children's poems by the author. Almost all of her books are devoted to children. Each poem Kate Greenaway filled with warmth and joy, friendship and happiness of children. It says only about a very strong love of the author to kids
