The Little Okie

Buffalo fish and blue mud cats
Hooting Owls and zooming bats
Scaly crawlers on back water lakes
Turtles and eels, and big ugly snakes
Many strange critters leave tracks in the mud
Swarms of mosquitoes looking for blood
A freckle faced kid with a cane fishing pole
Wades through it all to his favorite fishing hole
