Set during the second world war, this story of Helen and Roy. Having lost her parents at the start of the war, Helen decides that she does not want to get emotionally involved with anyone, until she meets Roy. Will their romance blossom or will the trials and tribulations of war affect their lives in ways they never thought possible.
