Beanie and Cheetah became fast friends in Mrs. McDonnah’s first-grade class in small-town Oakwood, Maine. As they grew, the mutual desire for success and commitment to their community strengthened the popular couple’s bond and their friendship evolved into love. Leaving Oakwood after graduation to follow their dreams, Beanie and Cheetah find themselves in unfamiliar territory; being separated from each other and from Oakwood.
