When I Wake

Natasha Wadis Banks is an English teacher who loves the topic of existentialism. She passionately believes that knowing one’s place in the world is of the utmost importance. Through her haunting dreams, Natasha is constantly reminded of what’s at stake if she doesn’t live the life providence decreed for her.

Although she is guilt-ridden and drowning in the fear that she has somehow sabotaged her own destiny, Natasha follows her heart to find freedom and recapture what she relinquished years ago. Together, she and a dear friend, Damir, take a journey across the world that changes the course of their lives. With the sudden appearance of an old acquaintance, Damir senses that what he and Natasha share will be put to the test. Will the unforeseen events bind the three together in unexpected ways or threaten their intertwined destinies?
