Your basic abilities matter and by recognizing and utilizing them, you can be a part in positive change for the world. Narrated by Linda Rendleman, MS, CEO and Cofounder of the Women Like Us Foundation, she introduces you to women who have a heart for making a difference for humanity. You'll read personal stories and strategies from women such as Dianne Hudson, past producer of the Oprah Winfrey Show; Catt Sadler of E! News; Ida Odinga, former first lady of Kenya; Nancy Noël, International Artist and more. Through these women's stories and remarks, coupled with Linda Rendleman's own personal story of empowerment and experiences combined with women's charitable and corporate leadership, the reader will understand that she, too, in whatever capacity she chooses, can be a part of changing the world.


Author_Bio: Linda Rendleman is an award-winning writer, speaker and founder of the Women Like Us Foundation. Her previous books are a part of the Women Like Us Book Series and include Women Like Us: Real Stories and Strategies for Living Your Best Life; Women Like Us: Illuminating the World, and the current book, Women Like Us: Together Changing the World which is the inspiration for the upcoming documentary Women Like Us. Three Journeys. One Mission. To Change the World. of which she is also the Executive Producer.

She is a longtime champion of women, activist and humanitarian. Her travels around the world have included humanitarian work in Africa, India, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and the United States.


She has won numerous awards for her speaking and writing to women, including the Torchbearer Award from the State of Indiana, the highest award the state gives a woman, for her work supporting women's work, writing, and speaking. In the past, she has directed and produced her own television show on the Fox Network and her own radio show on local station WXNT in Indianapolis, Indiana.
