Worry Gets You Nowhere

Perhaps you’ve heard the expression, “Worrying is like running around in circles. It burns up lots of energy, but it gets you nowhere.” So why do we let our minds fret over things that we cannot control and issues we have no power to solve?

This story is about a recent personal experience, based on Matthew 6:24: “Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
