In book 2 of the "Safe In His Arms" series, the author takes readers back to Elmsmere, Virginia. Annie learns she's inherited a sprawling mansion from a grandfather she never knew existed, a man she'd been told had died a long time ago. Just as she believes she is forging a connection to her new town and its people, strange incidents begin to occur with ever-increasing frequency, making her doubt herself and fear those around her.
